Un bioquímico de profesión, -el fotógrafo Linden Gledhill-

está fascinado por la belleza de infinitesimalmente pequeños aspectos de la naturaleza y la ciencia,

desde la captura del vuelo de los insectos para explorar la belleza de ferrofluido magnético.

Entre sus imágenes más asombrosas son fotografías macro de las alas de mariposa

que revelan patrones complejos que parecen pétalos de flores perfectamente organizados.

Estas pequeñas protuberancias son en realidad escamas,

similar a lo que puedes encontrar en reptil, aunque extremadamente pequeña y frágil…
